This was my first experimentation of cinematography. Previously I had never worked with splicing clips or filming on a DSLR. I had experimented with panning shots to reveal the plushie as there had been little way to get any action out of the lifeless puppet.I had been able to get some action out of the plushie by tossing it while I tried to remain out of frame.  Editing had been fairly complicated for me as I had never before edited any video footage before. After a bit of experimentation in Final Cut, I had been able to splice my clips together, drop the original audio, and add music to it before publishing it.

Plushie II

This is my second Plushie Video that tells the story of a cat leaping out of a tree and then back up the tree. It had been filmed over two days with the help of Stephen Mathyas as the mysterious arm that throws the cat. The storyline is relatively simple story of a cat leaping out of a tree before leaping back up into the tree. I had dived deeper into my use of Final Cut Pro with lowering my original audio in volume so I could keep it in the film with the background music.

This is my storyboard for my second plushie film. In my storyboard I had tried to account for camera angles I may want as well as how to work the story into something that could be filmed.
